“Last year (2019) we worked with Adam to purchase a new home. This year, we teamed up with him again to sell the house that we had moved out of and spent some time cleaning up and making “sale-worthy”. Throughout our fixing-up process, Adam remained quietly in the background, offering assistance for finding resources to complete the work we were doing, but not being obtrusive or pushy about listing. Adam helped us determine a fair market value for our old home based on area comparables. We paid to have our home pre-inspected in order to head off any unknown issues. “We wanted to see a house listed on Zillow, and when we submitted our information, Adam was the one to call us about it. From the beginning, Adam was polite and professional, but also relaxed and relatable. At the first house he showed us, we were surprised and impressed that he pointed out defects of the house that were cause for concern. Over the next several months, we would contact Adam anytime that we found a house that we wanted to look at or wanted a second look at after an Open House. He was always quick to respond and flexible in setting up meeting times at the properties we wanted to see. At no time during any of our viewings did we ever feel any pressure from Adam to “do something” – on the contrary, he was quick to point out flaws and issues with the properties we viewed, and gave us good, solid reasons as to why we should keep looking.
